Joseph Whitehouse "Joe" Hagin II (born January 6, 1956) served as White House Deputy Chief of Staff for President George W. Joe Hagin co-founded Command Consulting Group in April 2009. ==Early life== Hagin was born in Lexington, Kentucky and raised in the Village of Indian Hill near Cincinnati, Ohio. He received a B.A. from Kenyon College in 1979 where he was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. He is single.
